Students Grades 6–12 will meet every Sunday evening from 6:30-8:30 in the gym.

Expect: FOOD. FUN. MUSIC. FRIENDS. FAITH.

I would love to hear from you and offer myself as support if I can in any way lend a listening ear, prayer and friendship as we all navigate the extreme challenge of parenting, mentoring, or being in the middle of the teenage years. If you ever want to have a coffee and a chat, I would love that.

So excited to see what God is going to do in the lives of our students this year!

Love to you all,

Katie Twitchett

This will be the final Soapstone Carving Session until next Spring! We will be finishing up projects today!

"Then Moses said to the Israelites, "See, the LORD has chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood and to engage in all kinds of artistic crafts. And he has given both him and Oholiab son of Ahisamak, of the tribe of Dan, the ability to teach others. He has filled them with skill to do all kinds of work as engravers, designers, embroiderers in blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen, and weavers—all of them skilled workers and designers."

Uptown Church MOVES!

Uptown Church MOVES!

White Rock Elementary School has graciously accepted our application to use their facility for Uptown's Community to gather and worship! Beginning October 16th, we will be worshipping in a new sanctuary (aka gymnasium) without pillars to block the song lyrics! We will have classrooms for our children (so three groups won't be vying for the quiet hallway) and there is a playground and a parking lot and sigh...it's going to be so amazing! God is SO good!

If you would like to donate toward our moving/start-up costs, our goal is $5000. You can give designated funds through the Uptown App or Canada Helps.
